Yep I made pancit molo for dinner tonight. I dig our fridge for something to cook and I saw i still have few wanton wrapper. I decided to make pancit molo soup "yum!", it's really good for cold weather like this. I cook some rice and adobo chicken with pine apple "double Yum!". I was so full after we ate dinner, I think I over stuff my self with my infamous molo soup. lol. ;) For those who want to know how it taste like you can try cooking it see taste it for yourself. There's a lot of way to cook pancit molo and I cook mine without pork in it. I just don't like the taste with pork in it so I just used chicken. If you would like to try the recipe I'll be glad to share it..

Pancit Molo Recipe:

1 cup ground chicken (pork)
2 eggs
3 tbsps. chopped green onion
1/2 cup shelled fresh shrimps, sliced
1/4 head medium-sized garlic, chopped
1/2 medium-sized onion, chopped
1/4 cup apulid (chinese chestnut) chopped
Wanton Wrapper
Toyo "soy sauce" to taste
Pinch of pepper

Instruction:
Combine all above ingredients. Wrap the mixture by teaspoonfuls in wanton wrapper. Set aside and let it dry "it's best to cook the balls when the wrapper is dry so it wont fall apart"

Ingredient for the broth:

1/2 cup chicken, cooked and flaked
1 chicken broth cubes
5 cups warm water
1/2 head garlic, finely chopped
1/2 medium-sized onion, chopped
3 tbsp spring onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Instruction:
Saute garlic and onions. When slightly brown add flakes chicken, add chicken broth cubes and water bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Drop stuffed wanton in the broth and continue to simmer until molo is soft and well cooked.
